The shop is proud of its tofu, which is made using "Fukuyutaka" soybeans from Saga Prefecture and well water pumped up from 100 meters underground using a method that has remained unchanged since the Edo period.We serve three types of tofu - firm, silken, and sesame - with pre-heated sauce poured over each one.
